Lake Tahoe Museums

The Lake Tahoe Museums are great and provide a great educational opportunity to look back at the Lake Tahoe History. According to Answers.com, a "Museum" is a building, place, or institution devoted to the acquisition, conservation, study, exhibition, and educational interpretation of objects having scientific, historical, or artistic value.

Museums are fun to visit, but especially if you have children! They provide a great educational opportunity and allow people to get a visual feel for the events, people, and places of the past.
