Tough Mudder - NorCal

Tough Mudder is described as "probably the toughest event on the planet". After watching a bunch of their video's, I would have to agree!!

Here is their Company Overview as posted on Facebook: "Tough Mudder events are hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle courses designed by British Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie. With the most innovative courses, half a million inspiring participants, and more than $2 million dollars raised for the Wounded Warrior Project, Tough Mudder is the premier adventure challenge series in the world."

This isn't just a race - you can create a team and enter as a group!

Tahoe 2016

Location: The NorCal Tahoe Location will be at Northstar, California in 2016

Dates: Saturday, June 11, 2016, and Sunday, June 12, 2016

Entry Fee Includes: Orange Headband, Event t-shirt, one beer, and live music at the post party.

Training for the Event:

Obviously, this is a ridiculously physically demanding event, so some advanced training is a great idea! Each course will have 10-12 miles of hills, mud, water, ropes, walls, electric shocks, and fire!
